This service is only available to the members under the Internal Member Group category i.e. staff and students of AIU, and is meant for educational purposes only.
The library members under the Internal Member Group may request the library to obtain articles that are not available in the AIU collection via this service from other local libraries.
In principle, this service is given free of charge. However, should the lending library impose any charges for this service, the cost will be the library's responsibility. The library will allocate the funds for these services. The requestor has to pay for the charges even if the requested item is not collected after being notified.
Requested item/s may be received via soft copy or hard copy format. Thus, the Copyright Law must be strictly observed and complied with.
